Sweet Moments at the Strawberry Festival with Annie Sue & Cricket

It was such a sweet festival this year—the girls were absolute angels. The parade was a little intense for Miss Cricket at first, but once we made it to the church she settled right in. The girls got “strawberries” painted on them and were showered with love and grooming from friends big and small.

Annie, of course, took it all in stride. This was her 18th Strawberry Festival and nothing fazes her anymore—she even managed to sneak in a little midday nap while kids and adults brushed her (heheee). Cricket, being newer to the festival scene, was a bit nervous during the parade, but she’s learning fast and winning hearts along the way.

The church put on such a fun event, and I loved sharing the girls with everyone and watching the joy they brought. From strawberry tattoos to endless pets and hugs, it was truly a lovely day.
