Remembering Vaquero: A Legacy of Love and Laughter

Vaquero filled my cup in so, so many ways! He brought amazing students to me, he taught Dolina to canter, he was safe and balanced, he was funny and sometimes pushy, he loved treats and was willing to do what we asked, and he made riding fun again!! I always felt like I was home when I sat on his back 💜 the most handsome and kind buckskin I know, and I’m so thankful I had the pleasure of being a part of his life, and he in mine, for 6 wonderful years… Here are a few pics I printed of more recent times with wonderful Mr. V, and I’m sure that he has the most beautiful buckskin-colored angel wings on right now!
