A Day at Pripet Farm

Dolina and I took the ferry over to Islesboro today, and we had a wonderful time at Pripet Farm. It was one of those perfect summer days where everything feels just right — the sea air, the gentle crossing, and the promise of horses waiting on the other side.

She rode Cricket and I rode Winston, and we both had such great rides. Thank you to Barton Patrick and to her lovely staff for welcoming us so graciously. Besides our fun lessons, we enjoyed watching the other students — so inspiring to see all the different riders connecting with their horses and building their skills.

Pripet is such a great place to go for a horsie adventure just across the bay 🐴💙🐴 We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
