I have a sunny, cozy barn apartment available for rent here at Moose Ridge Farm in Lincolnville starting January 1, 2026. The apartment sits above my four-stall barn and is a peaceful, light-filled space for someone who enjoys country living and being around horses.

Rent is $1,500 per month and all utilities are included. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, trash removal, and snow plowing.

This setup works best for a horse enthusiast or working student who is comfortable with daily farm chores. The rent can be worked off through regular horse care, and I am happy to teach positive reinforcement training to someone who is interested in learning. It is important that the person living here truly enjoys working outside and being part of a quiet, animal-centered environment.

Moose Ridge Farm is a non-smoking property. To keep the animals calm and the barn safe, this is not a place for large gatherings or parties. Cats and dogs may be possible with prior discussion.
